Directions
From the 101 (Ventura Freeway): exit White Oak Avenue and head north about four miles; Saticoy Street is half a mile past Sherman Way. Reseda Boulevard works the same way: north to Saticoy, then east.
From the 405 (San Diego Freeway): exit Sherman Way and drive west about three miles to White Oak Avenue, then north to Saticoy. In rush hour, Saticoy Street itself, straight west from Van Nuys, is often quicker than the freeway.
From the 118 and Northridge: Reseda Boulevard or Balboa Boulevard south to Saticoy Street.
By Metro: buses run along Sherman Way and Reseda Boulevard, and the G Line busway's Reseda station at Reseda Boulevard and Oxnard Street is about two miles south.

Before you arrive
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you carry one; we accept all PPO dental plans, detailed on the cost and insurance page. Arrive a few minutes ahead of your held time for paperwork, which can be done in Spanish. If you're bringing a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk and tell the person on the phone; the knocked-out tooth page has the steps that protect it on the drive.
If anything about your symptoms feels dangerous, swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, bleeding that won't stop, a blow to the jaw, go to an emergency room first and call us after. Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center are the closest for most of our patients.
