We don't take walk-ins, because a held time is what lets us have a room and the X-ray unit ready when you arrive.
- We hold you a time today. Call during office hours and you get a same-day slot. If you carry a PPO plan, have the card handy.
- Get treated. One of our dentists examines the tooth, takes X-rays, shows you what's wrong on the screen and hands you a written price. Treatment starts when you say yes, usually in the same chair.

Most dental emergencies begin below the gumline, where nobody can see them. A tooth that looks fine can have a cracked root; a tooth that looks awful may only need a filling. The X-ray settles it, which is why the exam and X-rays come first, at $99 for patients paying without insurance. If you have a PPO plan, the exam and X-rays are billed to your plan instead. Either way you get a written price for the recommended treatment before anyone picks up an instrument.

Insurance and payment
We accept all PPO dental plans. Tell us the plan name when you call and bring the card. If you'd rather spread a larger treatment out, Cherry, CareCredit and Sunbit financing are available, along with in-house payment plans; the front desk explains the options before any work begins. No insurance? The process is the same: $99 to start, a written price, and the decision is yours.
Evenings, weekends and nights: the phone is answered 24/7
Our chairs run Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The phone never closes. Call at midnight or on a Sunday morning and a real person answers, takes your details and holds you the first opening, usually 9:00 AM Monday after a weekend call. We also open one Saturday each month, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, by appointment only; ask which Saturday when you call.

What if my tooth breaks on a Saturday?
Most Saturdays the office is closed, and we'd rather tell you that plainly. Call anyway. A real person answers, takes your details and holds you the first opening, Monday at 9:00 AM. One Saturday a month we do open by appointment; ask whether it's coming up. If your face is swelling toward your eye or throat, go to an emergency room first.
How much will the visit cost?
The exam and X-rays are $99 if you're paying without insurance; with a PPO plan they're billed to the plan. After the exam, our dentist gives you a written price for the recommended treatment, and nothing starts until you approve it. Financing through Cherry, CareCredit or Sunbit and in-house payment plans are available for larger treatments.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. New patients get the same same-day appointment as anyone else. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. If you're bringing a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk and say so on the phone so the room is set up for it.
